History and Territory
Azienda Agricola Zamparelli is located in the heart of the Sannio region, in the province of Benevento, in the agricultural area of Cerreto Sannita. From a centuries-old family tradition, the new agricultural company was founded in 1997, earning numerous accolades for its products and establishing significant commercial relationships in Italy and abroad.

The company’s offices, as well as its storage and packaging facilities, are housed in an ancient family palace. "Le Cesine" is the estate where the company cultivates its raw materials. The gently sloping, south-facing land is situated at an altitude ranging between 270 and 315 meters above sea level.

Production Philosophy
Over the years, agricultural practices have increasingly focused on environmental sustainability, leading to the complete abandonment of pesticides, plant protection products, and synthetic fertilizers. Instead, the company has adopted natural practices inspired by biodynamics and agro-homeopathy. This approach ensures a product with exceptional organoleptic and chemical properties, entirely free of chemical substances.

A rigorous selection of raw materials, along with precise control of time and temperature during the milling process, allows us to maximize the complexity and harmony of the aromas and flavors of our prestigious Extra Virgin Olive Oils.

Quality and Production
The quality of our products is the result of a long and meticulous process that involves every aspect of production. Nothing is outsourced. A carefully managed and artisanal agricultural production has enabled us to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, whether they are enthusiasts of fine and healthy Mediterranean cuisine or top-tier restaurant chefs.
